At Aurellium Home we are committed to making your shopping experience as clear and seamless as possible. We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchases required

 

 

 

Delivery Times

  • Processing Duration: Orders typically take 1 to 2 business days to process. Once this has been completed, your order will be prepared for shipping by one of our shipping carriers.

  • Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 5:00PM (EST), Monday to Friday, will be processed the next business day. This may add additional time to the delivery estimate.

  • Shipping Time: approximately 6 to 8 business days.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: Estimate 7 to 10 business days this time including processing and transit.

 

Our Business days are Monday-Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM (EST). Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

If you happen to submit the wrong delivery address, or if a package is confirmed to be lost by a carrier, we will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.
